Why our Pizza’s taste so good . . .
At Crisp we take extra special care when it comes to selecting and preparing what goes in and onto our pizzas.
If you’re local to us, you’d have probably seen us in early slow roasting all of our meats and vegies. It’s the only way to ensure freshness.
We only use freshly cut Queensland pineapples sourced form our farmers up north in Yeppoon not the tin variety, and our 100% Australian leg ham is shaved daily to keep its full flavour.
Our dough & sauces... well they’re all made by us too. The dough is made using filtered water, Australian organic flour and a few other secret ingredients. We then lock it away for the night to let it develop it’s full texture and flavour.
